SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently provide shipping services throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Delivery timeframes may vary based on your specific location and other factors detailed in this policy.
SHIPPING COSTS
Andrea & Avery offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once your order is placed, here is what you can expect:
- Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 12 business days from order placement
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following business day, which may extend your delivery estimate by one additional day
Important Notice: Our products ship from our distribution centre. The timeframes provided above are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Andrea & Avery ships to residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom. We are currently unable to ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)
- Isle of Man
- BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
- Restricted or inaccessible delivery zones
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected or re-delivered within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@andrea-avery.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@andrea-avery.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
