Shipping
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the UK typically takes 4 to 9 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 business days from order placement. Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT will begin processing on the next business day.
Yes! Andrea & Avery offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum spend required. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses at this time. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return postage. For personal preference returns (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), return postage is your responsibility.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@andrea-avery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@andrea-avery.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, please use our standard return process once you receive it.
